Job Responsibilities

The VP, Sales & Marketing (Razer.com) will be responsible for strategic leadership and P&L ownership of Razer’s fast-growing, ecommerce business and online store.

  • Manage a team responsible for all aspects of digital commerce, including merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, sales operations, web platform operations, site UX/UI, customer service, and analytics.\r\n
  • Provide leadership to the ECommerce business to reach its full potential in sales and profits\r\n
  • Partner with Global Marketing on creating integrated marketing programs that cohesively speak to our customer during every interaction including direct marketing, in-store marketing, advertising, etc. \r\n
  • Leverage Marketing and Information Technology teams to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies\r\n
  • Drive seasonal sales & profit plans, ensuring strategic and budgetary goals are met\r\n
  • Lead, coach and develop the members of the online store team

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus\r\n
  • Minimum of 10 years General Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in an online store or internet-related business\r\n
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods\r\n
  • High-level strategic thinker who has a solid understanding of business strategy as well as experience integrating Marketing/Merchandising objectives into overall strategy. \r\n
  • Experience managing complex technical marketing, database and site-functionality-related initiatives\r\n
  • Strong budget management skills with the ability to create superior results at efficient costs\r\n
  • Strong project management skills\r\n
  • Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise
