You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities. Managing offsite and onsite optimisation projects and reporting on performance. On top of that, manage content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the key digital marketing acquisition channels of PPC, SEO, display, social media, aggregators and affiliates and the associated commercial targets
  • Development of the digital marketing acquisition plan and associated KPI and management of the budget
  • Day-to-day management of all digital agencies who work on the acquisition channels to ensure KPIs are met
  • Own tracking, analytics and analysis across all digital marketing acquisition channels, providing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting against KPIs
  • Consistently look for new opportunities and channels in digital media to increase sales and / or lower cost per acquisition
  • Support the conversion rate optimisation strategy by working closely with the UX Manager, providing insight from digital media where appropriate
  • Work with the wider marketing team on multi-channel promotions, new feature / product launches and brand related activity as required


  • Minimum 5 years of digital acquisition marketing experience in an ecommerce environment
  • Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, display, social, aggregators, affiliates etc. with an emphasis on constant optimisation
  • Management of a substantial digital media budget
  • Ability to develop detailed and precise testing / optimisation plans including clear hypotheses and success criteria
  • Excellent communication and presentation of digital marketing results and concepts to varied stakeholders
  • Management of digital marketing agencies to commercial targets
  • Expertise in Google’s Marketing Suite (Analytics, Ads, DV360, SA 360 etc.) and deriving actionable insight from it.
  • Passionate about digital marketing. Researching and showcasing knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
