Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communications on the social media channels of Razer (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) to grow the engagement and size of these channels exponentially
  • Manage an up-to-date calendar of social content, as well as community project organizing and tracking to ensure timely delivery
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of team social media (and external social media), campaign performance data and make strategic suggestions for improvement
  • Create engaging, timely and relevant content across multiple social media channels to grow audience and increase engagement
  • Optimize social media marketing campaigns and calls-to-action that drive the community to learn more about the brand and its offerings
  • Help coordinate social media efforts with different marketing teams globally
  • Perform ad-hoc department administrative duties

Pre-Requisites

  • BA/BS degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR or equivalent practical experience
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is a must and (favorably) an additional second language
  • Strong writing and social media content creation skills
  • Great communication and influence skills, as well as experience in educating others on social media best practices
  • Understanding of social media best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques
  • Organized with project management and follow-through skills
  • Experience in the use of social media management and analytical tools/software & editorial content calendaring
  • Must be a gamer

Special Considerations

  • Experience in building and managing social media accounts for a brand
  • Knowledge in Software like Adobe Photoshop, PHPBB, HTML5 & CSS
  • Knowledge and experience in Product Marketing
