Job Responsibilities

We’re seeking a talented hands-on executive to manage the Razer Gold social media channel remit, including country-level digital media buying campaigns. The candidate will sustain an engaging audience experience and amplify ongoing campaigns by working with global team members and country marketers to promote game campaigns for Steam, PUBG, and many other titles.

He/she will also promote the Razer Gold brand through our social media channels via content creation and community engagement to improve our digital presence, campaign efficacy, while ensuring the Razer Gold brand message and tone of voice is upheld. The most qualified candidate will have experience with marketing in the online games industry.

The candidate will own the design, content and execution of Razer Gold digital marketing campaigns via channels such as Facebook to end users.
  • Oversee all Razer Gold-related social media account management, working with the central Razer Community team where necessary to facilitate Razer Gold’s regional and country access, as well as troubleshooting account management-related queries
  • Have a good understanding of the product and respective promotions in order to translate the information accurately, concisely, clearly and with the appropriate tone of voice when creating content
  • Ensure successful end-to-end deployment of campaign mechanics, including accuracy of information reflected in digital content and in social media assets prior to go-live.
  • Coordinate, plan and execute digital media marketing campaigns on a global scale, as well as with Razer Gold regional marketers
  • Track, compile and report key metrics and campaign results to management
  • Develop, manage and track A/B testing of copy, creative and audiences to optimize digital media buying, based on metrics
  • Create engaging, and innovative content for regularly-scheduled community engagement posts to educate audiences about Razer Gold, and promote brand-focused messages
  • Collaborate with other Razer business units to execute campaigns involving complementary Razer products and services as part of the Razer ecosystem


  • B.A. or B.S. degree from a four-year college or university
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with digital social media advertising. The main focus is Facebook in the immediate term, but the channels may expand to include others such as Twitter and Instagram in the future
  • Good working knowledge of Facebook’s ecosystem with a strong understanding of the objectives for each format
  • Detail-oriented, with strong demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
  • Self-motivation, energy and a passion for online games
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Ability to work across timezones and cultures – working on weekends may be required for business purposes
