Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join our passionate team as Senior Product Manager, a pivotal role in our growing global business. In the role you will be responsible for building out and leading the product development life cycle from conception, go-to-market execution to effective operational plan. We are looking for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the vision and product strategy.

  • Establish long term goals to develop effective product model and strategy
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, documentations, and prototypes
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Lead solutioning, integration project, operation design and customer excellence with other function
  • Communicate the product development and marketing strategies to cross-functional teams
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • Keeps yourself up to date with changes in the market and technology that would affect to core product


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven experience of at least 8 years working as a Product Manager
  • Payments industry experience would be desirable, especially those from e-wallet/digital wallet, mobile payment, payment gateway, and e-money license background
  • Understanding of card schemes/card networks transactional flow is a plus
  • Excellent technical background with knowledge of software development and platform integration with payments providers
  • Excellent people management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in statistical analysis
  • Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to articulate ideas and challenge conventions
  • Independent, self-motivated and self-starter
