Job Responsibilities

Razer is looking for an energetic and motivated Salesforce Business System Analyst who will support our business partners in capturing requirements, translating the requirements into solution design, identifying new functionality and driving automation to increase efficiency in business processes with best practises. The right candidate must be hands-on with proven experience in managing and enhancing capabilities and functionalities of the Salesforce.com platform.

  • Subject matter expert for Salesforce.com (SFDC)
  • Lead/support SFDC Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
  • Manage projects life cycle, define the scope, timeline and resource requirements
  • Conduct as-is systems analysis, elicit business requirements, define use cases and user interfaces, and create test plans in collaboration with business users
  • Leverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
  • Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, training, documenting and deploying SFDC functionality
  • Conduct Unit testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, Performance testing and Disaster Recovery testing
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders as required
  • Support the global deployment of SFDC within the corporation
  • Focal point of contact to coordinate and manage communications between application developers, vendors, business users and stakeholders
  • Identify and initiate process improvements (continuous improvement)
  • Other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of business analyst experience, with minimum 2 years in SFDC
  • Strong understanding of SFDC fundamental concepts (application, data and security), CRM domain knowledge, preferably with an emphasis on Sales and Service cloud
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SFDC configuration
  • Relevant experience in integration components for SFDC is a plus, namely SFDC APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK APIs), Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, inbound and outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.
  • Demonstrate experience in collaborating with stakeholders and business process owners
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills
  • Proficient in and enjoys problem solving, critical thinking
  • Ability to multitask effectively and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
