Job Responsibilities

This 9 month Software QA Engineer traineeship position reports to the Software Quality (SWQA) Director and interfaces with company managers and SWQA staff. \r\nTrainee to be involved in:\r\n
  • Collaborating with team to develop effective strategies and tools\r\n
  • Installing, setup and maintaining databases and backup applications\r\n
  • Analyzing testing challenges and provide potential automation solution\r\n
  • Developing well-commented, easy to maintain code Improves \r\n
  • Defining and establishing automation strategy and process \r\n
  • Designing and development of all aspects of automated testing (creation, execution and maintenance)\r\n
  • Ability to debug code, analyzing failures, and tracing defects to the root cause\r\n

    \r\nYou will learn:\r\n
  • Active participation in programming, database maintenance and automation scripting \r\n
  • Gain experience with automation scripting and network operation setup and maintenance

Pre-Requisites

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident\r\n
  • Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or\r\n
  • Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020\r\n
