You will be working within our Customer Advocacy team to assist the Project Manager in project administration, liaison and executing customer experience projects
Job Responsibilities
Analyze & scope all requirements for projects in coordination with project manager according to specifications and coordinate all aspects of the project works with relevant parties
Conducting project review, risk assessment and optimizing processes and the overall approach where necessary
Assist in project planning sessions, managing project progress, documentation and consolidation of user issues / requirements
Monitor and ensure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met within the expected level of quality
Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
Pre-Requisites
PMP certification is a strong plus
Prior experience in managing and handling of projects is an advantage
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently
