Job Responsibilities

  • Manage launch process, product lifecycle, pricing, and category roadmap, to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share position
  • Develop and implement strategic global marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectives
  • Co-work with internal stakeholders such as Product Development and Design Teams to manage timelines to create marketing assets and collateral
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and product comparisons
  • Be responsible for developing and implementing activities such as demand generation campaigns and product launches
  • Be knowledgeable in the product range from a technical and strategic standpoint
  • Be responsible for managing marketing budget and approval processes
  • Perform category and product analysis using available market data and analysis tools monthly
  • Have strong people skills, to work with regional Marketing and Sales teams

Pre-Requisites

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in Business and Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 6~8 years' Product Marketing experiences with consumer products, preferably electronics
  • Data-driven, strong data analytical capability preferred
  • Good know-how in the 4P and Go-To-Market Planning
  • Proven product marketing background with excellent creative marketing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with keynote-level spoken and written English
  • Excellent skills in using MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Understanding of the gaming industry and gamer mindset
  • Photoshop/Design skills are a plus
  • Mobile Peripherals, Console Peripherals experience preferred but not a must
