Job Responsibilities

  • Be the driving force behind Razer’s product and audience engagements that are focused on sustainability, by partnering with relevant departments and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create and define key strategies to drive the company’s sustainability initiatives that focuses on audience engagements, including prioritizing and sequencing the initiatives appropriately.
  • Coordinate across the organization to ensure effective and timely implementation of all initiatives
  • Communicate and market these campaigns both externally and internally, while working closely with HR, PR, Marketing colleagues, vendors, etc.
  • Increase awareness to educate and inform audiences on the details of the sustainability initiatives and their impact.
  • Create and amplify external communication assets such as websites, press releases, investor relationship materials, social and community campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with relevant organizations to further the sustainability cause and drive implementation.

Pre-Requisites

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and coordinate with a variety of internal and external groups, including cross-functional colleagues, local government or civic organizations, and other partners and vendors.
  • Critical thinking skills for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives, while taking into account cost savings and project practicality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • A strong background in program management, particularly with planning methods and coordinating programs at a regional or global scale is a plus.
  • Experience in communications or PR is a plus.
