This position requires a multi-discipline leader that is a self-directed, adaptable individual with strong communication skills, who can work under pressure, along with proven experience working on complex, international and time-critical projects.
- Manage Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
- Responsible for managing, providing management direction and allocating resources effectively to ensure successful execution of projects
- Providing technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the Enterprise Applications
- Leverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements
- Managing the SLAs and deliverables for multiple projects
- Overseeing the entire SDLC process and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of functional and technical documentations
- Manage integrations between Enterprise Applications (eg. APIs, middleware, etc)
- Responsible for communicating and managing monthly platform releases to key business users
- Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to Enterprise Applications
- Vendor engagement and management, responding to quotations and contracts, performing necessary budgeting and costing exercises
