Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and initiate programs and campaigns aimed to educate users about Razer Silver, the preferred loyalty program for gamers – value proposition, educational how-to earn more Razer Silver and how to redeem.
  • Lead loyalty campaigns to boast gamers’ engagement, including owning the design, content and distribution of banners, e-newsletters, and social media posts to promote the loyalty program.
  • Work with relevant marketing and creative teams on the creation of marketing assets and backend operations set up, and to ensure that the visual and product communications to gamers adhere to Razer Inc and Razer Silver’s global design standards
  • Manage Razer Silver Facebook page postings, Instagram and other social media destinations and any related content
  • Aid in the execution of advertising, referral programs and PR
  • Work with different department across Razer Inc and external game or lifestyle partners to create loyalty campaigns to improve gamers’ engagement so that they have ways to earn more and redeem more frequently.
  • Coordinate international marketing activity with the representative region leads.
  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end brand and loyalty campaigns
  • Set campaign metrics based on campaign goals and lead tracking and optimization efforts with channel marketers to ensure that loyalty campaigns deliver optimal ROI
  • Regular weekly management reporting of marketing calendar and loyalty activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements


  • Minimally 3-5 years of loyalty marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer, e-commerce or gaming industry
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management
  • Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures – teleconference calls with global teammates is required on a regular basis
  • Well versed in digital consumer platform or e-wallet marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong in copywriting or design experience preferred
  • Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
  • This is a 6 month maternity cover contract
