The Intern will follow a 6-month quest to hone his/her skills in the following employee lifecycle stages:
New Hire Onboarding
- Execute the onboarding program to ensure seamless induction to the #LifeAtRazer
- Manage inventory of Razer SWAGs as part of the New Hires Welcome Kit
Talent Development & Management - Execute learning management and development roadmap including, but not limited to, assigning trainings based on organizations and employees needs and tracking completion
- Ensuring performance objectives and appraisals are assigned and tracked
Employee Engagement - Ideate and execute employee engagement initiatives that enrich the Life @ Razer including, but not limited to, sourcing and liaising with external vendors, and Employee Engagement Survey Action Planning
- Contribute to the CSR initiatives at the Singapore office
Internal Communications - Manage weekly content calendar for Razers global enterprise social network for internal consumption
- Draft communications kit for Singapore office
- Assist in planning key global communications programs, such as Town Hall meetings and Skip Level Communications Sessions
Management Reporting - Prepare and present key metric reports for the global HR team and the leadership team
Special Project - Participate in transformation project including, but not limited to, planning for and executing change management initiatives
