- Develop the global Retail marketing strategy for our D2C stores in line with company objectives
- Build the global retail marketing plan to ensure RazerStore performance
- Design a structured framework including regional marketing KPIs and local targets for the retail team
- Manage and allocate marketing budget to specific events, campaigns, and socials plans
- Create creative campaigns and promotions to make RazerStore the first destinations for gamers worldwide
- Responsible for planning and coordinating all product launches aligned with company guidelines and objectives
- Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by planning event and programs for our community
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing promotion campaign
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics on customer engagement across all our social platform
- Drive our social media plan and direct programs to support our retail expansion globally
- Collaborate with online D2C team to plan and deliver CRM strategies across our regions encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Responsible for offline RazerStore customer engagement/retention and drive effective campaign to expand our customer base
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
