Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to forecast the right product, with the right quantity, at the right price, in the right store
  • Work with global and regional teams to allocate our Razer products across our D2C channel according to the consumer behaviour and the market trend
  • Work tightly with Planning team to plan all D2C allocation for new product launch and carry over product
  • Build suitable merchandising program with the design and visual merchandising team to achieve global store target
  • Analyse product line performance per location and make recommendation to enhance sales conversion and financials metrics
  • Set up KPIs for store partners and owned stores to efficiently manage inventory flow through the channels: sell in, week on hand, sell through, returns, EOL
  • Make sure Regions follow global guideline in terms of price strategy and work with Regions to adapt according to the seasonality
  • Analyse regional consumer trend and share the insights with the global and product teams
  • Organise quarterly business review with partners and regional teams
  • Build reports to show management a full suite of retail and inventory metrics aligned with our global plan


  • 5Y and above experience as merchandise planner
  • Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/ Statistics/Business Analytics/ Mathematics/Economics
  • Keen eye for details with an aptitude for numbers
  • Excellent computing skills, proficient in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Enjoy interacting with people of diverse cultures
