Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced professional in human factors and ergonomics to lead the design and implementation of Razer's Gaming Chair.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all areas of human factors/ergonomics research and development relevant to product specifications for gaming chair.
  • Work in project team as the lead in human factors and ergonomics, actively collaborate with team members and both internal and external partners.
  • Evaluate and validate Chair designs to ensure compliance with ergonomic guidelines and standards.
  • Offer ergonomic design leadership and perspective across the organization to improve user experience of Razer Gaming Chair.

Pre-Requisites

  • An advanced degree from acclaimed university in the fields of human factors, ergonomics or similarly relevant engineering fields, with a good number of years' experience in Chair development.
  • Good understanding and experience with human factors and ergonomics in Gaming Chair design.
  • Strong functional knowledge of design concepts.
  • Experience in designing research and data collection plans for user testing and design validation.
  • Self-starter, independent learner, curious, task-oriented, goal-driven, team-player.
