You will be responsible for global eCommerce systems and process improvement projects, works closely with global cross-functional teams and vendors, manages deliverables through the different phases of the project and collaborates with the functional stakeholders to implement key business strategies and change.
- Project manage key strategic business projects to propel new business models including setting up new business systems, sales in new markets and new product sales
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop & implement solutions
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to design, test and deploy business operations projects including implementing new sales and distribution models globally
- Track and manage all project related issues and assist engagement management in risk identification and mitigation planning
- Ensure solutions (including functional requirements) meet business needs and requirements
- Lead user acceptance testing with business users and technical teams
- Manage projects, developing project plans and monitor performance
- Develop best practices for optimising time to market and cost savings in sales and distribution business processes
