Job Responsibilities

We're looking for an E-commerce intern to support the day to day operations in overseas Marketplaces Eg. Amazon, Ebay. This is a key role within a lean and dynamic team.

  • Collaborate with supporting teams (internal, external) to execute, manage and track launch of new products and upcoming promotions on various online marketplaces.
  • Assist in ensuring all orders are fulfilled, as well as resolving customer inquiries, dispute cases and fraud returns by co-working with Order Management and Customer Advocacy team
  • Perform routine checks, ensure accuracy and quality of product information, images, content and offers are setup correctly
  • Supports the e-commerce team in analyzing monthly, weekly and daily performance of marketplaces and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Create and maintain documentation for operational processes and best practices
  • Identify technical bugs, file tickets and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution
  • Familiarize with Razer product offerings and marketplace tools
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pre-Requisites

  • Currently studying/completed degree in business or similar field
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & strong team player with ability to meet timeline
  • Highly responsible, proactive and have ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Strong knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in managing marketplaces or e-commerce sites will be an added advantage
  • Able to commit to at least 6 months of full-time work, to start immediately
