We're looking for an E-commerce intern to support the day to day operations in overseas Marketplaces Eg. Amazon, Ebay. This is a key role within a lean and dynamic team.
- Collaborate with supporting teams (internal, external) to execute, manage and track launch of new products and upcoming promotions on various online marketplaces.
- Assist in ensuring all orders are fulfilled, as well as resolving customer inquiries, dispute cases and fraud returns by co-working with Order Management and Customer Advocacy team
- Perform routine checks, ensure accuracy and quality of product information, images, content and offers are setup correctly
- Supports the e-commerce team in analyzing monthly, weekly and daily performance of marketplaces and provide recommendations for improvement
- Create and maintain documentation for operational processes and best practices
- Identify technical bugs, file tickets and follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution
- Familiarize with Razer product offerings and marketplace tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
