Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the user acquisition strategy for Razer's Software BU
  • Develop and implement marketing launch plans, ensuring respective software product objectives are aligned
  • Build plans to activate and grow Razer existing base of 150+ million users for engagement and future monetization opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-group initiatives with internal stakeholders - Razer Gold, Peripherals, Systems BU and global marketing teams
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of each marketing campaign
  • Work with Global Business Development teams to grow Chroma RGB ecosystem through partnerships with game developers and hardware partners
  • Collaborate with Big Data team to drive features needed for ecosystem growth and data driven decision making
  • Be responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing with 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience with proven track record of success in PC/mobile software
  • Solid expertise and experience in execution of marketing strategies and campaigns in both a strategic and tactical sense
  • A strong self-starter mentality and the capability to build relevant connections with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-growth environment
  • Curiosity to discover new marketing trends and to know what our competitors are doing in our industry
  • Strong interest in tech product and gaming industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in applications of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing
