To collaborate with stakeholders (Webstore, Supply Chain, IT and Finance) to review and manage plans according to project plans and activities according to consumer needs.
To drive the implementation of global direct to consumer projects relating to packaging, distribution, order management. Merchandising planning and allocation.
To identify creative and innovative ways to improve regional consumer satisfaction via delivery and unpacking experience.
Degree in Procurement or Supply Chain and have significant years of related working experience in the eCommerce Industry from a robust end-to-end Supply Chain Management background.
Demonstrated ability to be strong in negotiation and supplier management experience.
Possess very strong influencing skills to be able to deliver value and advice to peers and stakeholders.
Analytic skills and data interpretation in order to use these metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.
Must have distribution and logistics experience with in-depth local e-commerce fulfilment approaches and third-party platforms.
Must be technologically savvy in any Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems for parcels, and allocation & replenishment systems.
