Reporting to the VP of Razer.com, you will be responsible for Razer.com eCommerce platform, leading the platform team to deliver a premium Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience for Razer.com customers and accelerating growth for Razer.com in FY2021 & beyond. In your role, you will engage senior leadership and partner with functional stakeholders to develop the global platform strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to transform business strategies to capabilities and achieve hypergrowth for Razer.com.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the global infrastructure for eCommerce store & CRM (system capabilities and processes) to deliver a premium experience for Razer.com customers end-to-end
  • Accountable for Razer.com platform capabilities plan of record driving quarterly reviews with key stakeholders
  • Lead and drive strategic business projects/ new business models in support of customer acquisition, market expansion, new product launches etc
  • Evaluate business requests, validate and prioritize projects ensuring Razer.com objectives are met
  • Drive, plan and implement new eCommerce capabilities ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Manage platform related issues and escalations, identify risks and perform mitigation planning
  • Establish strong engagement with internal stakeholders (Global Business Units, Global Marketing, IT, Customer Advocacy and Operations etc) to deliver the premium shopping experience
  • Manage and drive customer data management to support Razer.com marketing activities
  • Develop best practices to optimize time-to-market and deliver cost savings projects

Pre-Requisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in managing eCommerce strategy, systems and processes and/or operations of which minimum 5 years are in a fast-paced Consumer business leading high performance teams
  • Good business understanding and hands-on with eye for detail
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run effective global team meetings
  • Excellent communicator and experience in senior management and executive engagement
  • Self-driven and thrives under pressure
  • Comfortable with ambiguity without losing sight of end goal
