Your mission is to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness for Razer Gold worldwide. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and executing successful co-marketing campaigns with partners which include gamer partners, resellers and channel partners. You will also be expanding middle of the funnel digital marketing capacities and establishing successful partnerships. You will represent Razer Gold both internally and externally (resellers, payment channels) to evangelize the service. In collaboration with Head of B2C Marketing for Razer Gold, you will be collaborating with other Razer business units (Esports Team, Peripherals, Software, Razer Store, Fintech…) to create new opportunities for Razer Gold while leveraging Razer's unique ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Articulate and execute the marketing strategy for Razer Gold virtual credit worldwide to drive revenue
  • Work with the Global and Regional Marketing Teams to ensure efficiency, synergy and high performance
  • Manage the Global and Regional marketing budgets against target KPIs, monitor P&L impact
  • Drive successful marketing campaigns through online ads (search, display, Facebook), social media, EDM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), influencer/streamers relationships as well as offline initiatives
  • Liaise with other Razer business units to create new opportunities for Razer Gold and add value to the Razer ecosystem
  • Support Razer Gold Business Development, Reseller and Channel teams with market benchmarks, pitch documents, marketing collaterals and tradeshow participations
  • Engage with key partners (such as game publishers, resellers and payment channel partners) to execute best-in class co-marketing campaigns
  • Provide timely marketing feedback and communication to Razer's senior management
  • Ensure the best standards for Razer Gold brand representation on marketing assets and publications


  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing
  • 10-12 years of marketing experience in gaming, payments or a high growth digital space
  • Solid understanding in digital space including SEM, social, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital eco-systems.
  • Experience in full-stack marketing is a must.
  • Prior working experience in digital agencies is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with track record in building and managing a high performing team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically – including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to plan and deliver marketing campaigns
