Job Responsibilities

The primary goal of the Digital Marketing Operations Intern is to manage all aspects of digital marketing asset readiness for online marketing campaigns. This includes the development and production of marketing collateral for email, digital display advertising, and online store merchandising. Candidates should be able to work in a dynamic business environment while being meticulous and deadline-driven.

  • Campaign coordination including the production of online assets, coordinating with other campaign launch stakeholders, and managing asset approval for publishing
  • Project management and trafficking of all internal sales and marketing projects including email, digital marketing collateral, and ongoing maintenance and cataloging for all supporting content
  • Participate in the development of creative for digital marketing including email and digital display advertising assets
  • Support all aspects of the digital marketing team’s efforts to drive traffic and conversion


  • Recent Degree/Diploma graduates are welcome
  • Very astute with digital media with great computer skills including content management systems, image editing, and HTML skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys customer interactions
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Self-confidence, flexibility, and sense of humor
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months for optimal learning exposure
