The Channel Performance & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the global strategy and marketing programs to improve revenue growth through channel partners, including resellers, payment channels, and direct carrier billing partners. In this role, formulating channel partner strategic marketing plans which include value proposition, messaging, lead generation, along with channel partner sales enablement and management of the Market Development Fund (MDF) is a must.

This role will require you to be creative, strategic, and organized as you are expected to work across multiple cross functional teams including business development/sales, operations, product and engineering. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Sales & Ops, and will play a key role in establishing our Channel Partners and Reseller Program contributing to the overall success of Razer Gold.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders across Razer Gold global departments and country teams to develop a robust Global Channel Marketing strategy, including segmentation, value proposition, and GTM plans
  • Develop a roadmap and coordinate strategic channel marketing or promotion activities through country teams with their local retailers/distributors/payment channel partners
  • Drive co-marketing opportunities with new channels in new markets
  • Define the SOP and deliver strategies to enable the business to leverage channels more efficiently to ensure strong adoption of Razer Gold globally
  • Work with various partners in our ecosystem to establish strategic co-marketing programs by setting clear goals, tracking success against plan, driving awareness, and generating leads
  • Own and drive Reseller Recruitment and Brand Awareness campaigns globally
  • Track performance of sales promotional activities carried out with retailers/distributors/ payment channel partners across all regions on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to improve efficiency and results
  • Provide recommendations base on analysis of results
  • Provide regional input into campaigns and materials, specifically for channel partners, for inclusion in the
  • Partner Marketing Centre and Reseller Distribution Hub
  • Work collaboratively with B2B Marketing department in devising the best communication approach to deliver our business margin
  • Work with B2B marketing department and local teams to ensure marketing collaterals and materials provided to or developed by channel partners are up to date and compliant with Razer Gold’s branding guidelines.
  • Support B2B Marketing department on managing and tracking MDF and co-marketing budgets across all regions
  • Devise guidelines for best practice within channel partner management and reseller partner program
  • Participate and present in Sales and marketing channel partner meetings, stand-ups and QBRs, including Executive Leadership Meetings


  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning in a B2B reseller environment, preferably in Technology, Fintech, or software industries
  • Proven record in working with channel partners and resellers to build campaigns and deliver on pipeline
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Photoshop would be a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
  • Great initiative when it comes to getting things done and aren’t afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to exhibit self-confidence when dealing with challenging situations
  • Ability to think out-of-box and possess analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess high self-discipline in getting work done to meet tight datelines
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to wear multiple hats with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality
  • Experienced and willing to work with global teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience and interest in gaming is desirable
