Oversee material supply condition at CM for projects
Planning inventory to maintain healthy stock level
Manage and coach procurement executives, building the team with relevant skillsets and capabilities to deliver optimal performance
Liaise with Regional/Global Excellence team to ensure alignment of strategies\r\n
Define activities and focus areas of support needed to various stakeholders
Facilitate as a subject matter expert on procurement processes, providing guidance and solutions
Identify pain points and potential areas of improvements
Manage audits and share findings across the Procurement network to improve Risk mitigation
Be an active team player in the procurement management team
Occasional travel is required

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field
3-5 years of experience relevant procurement management experience preferably from a complex large firm or MNC
Demonstrated program management fundamentals experience including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status, prioritizing and managing projects working knowledge of program management processes and tools with demonstrated results.
Demonstrated capability of handling multiple projects in parallel
Direct experience either working at or with Tier 1 EMS suppliers
Working knowledge of PCBA assembly, product assembly and product manufacturing test
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to interface effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
Strong interpersonal and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and all levels of management
Demonstrated effective communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, organization and facilitation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Highly proficient with Excel and related Microsoft Products
