This role works closely with various global cross-functional teams. The individual should be self-directed with strong communication, project management, and the ability to work under pressure. Reporting to the Associate RazerStore Director, the candidate will manage RazerStore sales reporting & analysis. Partnering with RazerStore Managers to maximize revenue and to drive optimal inventory & retail metrics. This includes deploying retail tools & concepts while updating & monitoring operational policies and procedures. The candidate will also administrate RazerStore training programs to develop selling skills and retail knowledge; create training manuals and monitor training for effectiveness. The candidate will also collaborate with global product BUs, razer.com, marketing, and visual merchandising to implement opportunities for sales promotions and to promote brand awareness & drive consumers to POS. Additionally, the candidate will manage store projects (i.e. new store openings, O2O last mile delivery, etc)

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Operations Reporting:
  • Build and generate weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports
  • Review and manage product inventory & cost performance analysis (per category & per region)
  • Oversee store utilities & vendor (OPEX) cost controls & reporting

    Retail Training:
  • Structure retail training programmes that include online training, workshops, training videos, etc. - Collaborate with BUs on product training material and assets
  • Implements retail training KPIs
  • Monitors and evaluates training program’s effectiveness

    Inventory Management:
  • Build and manage store inventory controls to drive optimal sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with product BU and planning teams to define inventory forecast & secure allocations
  • Ensure that the stock level at all locations are within the acceptable thresholds
  • Oversee weekly replenishment plan and new product (NPI) launch plan
  • Monitor product returns (RMA) process; Investigate any inventory & payment discrepancies

    Store Operations Excellence & Store Projects:
  • Coordinate store training schedules to ensure high operations & customer service standards
  • Develop customer experience SOP and maintain the store operation playbook
  • Build policies & procedures (inventory, payments, software, etc) and ensure compliance & adherence
  • Streamline the operations processes and improve time & cost efficiencies (housekeeping)
  • Review and enhance customer support (with CS/CA team)
  • Ensure compliance with health/safety policies and procedures at retail locations
  • Manage new in-store initiative implementations (new partners services)
  • Responsible for the setting up of new locations, installations, and store openings

Pre-Requisites

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the related field required for the position
  • Proven track record in retail, business, or marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, good oral communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
