Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns, supporting the Gold Product Evangelist to drive new product launches, brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Lead the rollout of global-initiated Gold B2C programs and campaigns in country markets, communicating objectives and assist in rollouts with regional marketers.
  • Lead in rolling out improved marketing communications aimed to educate users globally about Razer Gold – value proposition, educational how-tos around activation, reloads, game purchases, etc.
  • Work with Razer Silver and the wider Razer Gold and Razer Inc. Marketing leads to strengthen the market positioning of Razer Gold to users.
  • Set campaign metrics based on marketing goals and lead tracking and optimization efforts with channel marketers to ensure that campaigns deliver optimal ROI.
  • Track Gold marketing activity across web and app platforms to ensure that the user experience and marketing efforts we run across platforms are consistent and working in tandem to deliver marketing goals.
  • Work with UIUX, performance and data leads to regularly provide insights and ensure that marketing communications across web/app platforms are optimized for user experience.
  • Support product marketing leads in formulating marketing strategies and work with relevant product marketers in other teams (e.g Silver) and channel marketers to end-to-end marketing plans.
  • Manage marketing executive(s) to ensure that the creation of marketing assets and backend operations are set up.
  • Work with relevant marketing and creative teams to ensure that the visual and product communications to users adhere Razer Inc.’s global design standards.
  • Regular weekly management reporting of marketing calendar and activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements.

Pre-Requisites

  • Approximately 4-6 years of product marketing, marketing communications or GTM (go-to-market) marketing experience in the consumer payments, e-commerce or gaming industry.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management.
  • User-focused mentality with experience in devising and improving user experience across web and app platforms.
  • Experience in managing marketing channels such as CRM, social and digital media platforms
  • Experience with working across teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Well versed in digital consumer platform or e-wallet marketing trends and best practices
  • Willing to travel and work virtually with a multi-national team of professionals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, copywriting or design experience preferred.
