Razer is seeking a smart, enthusiastic and enterprising individual to become an integral part of Razer Monetization team. This role will focus on developing future proof workflows and processes to ensure we have best-in-class ad operations capabilities. The ideal candidate will have programmatic experience at a publisher, agency, or ad tech vendor, will thrive in a fast moving and fluid industry and company, is equally adept at building and maintaining internal and external relationships, has deep operational experience, and has a demonstrable history of using data to drive decisions.
- Be an expert around Ad Tech technical capabilities, needs, and troubleshooting.
- Manage QA for ad trafficking, internal and 3rd party platform integrations and reporting.
- Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow. Recognize and push more efficient ways to work or opportunities for automation.
- Develop optimization strategies for campaign success driving toward increased efficiencies and pipeline.
- Define and create user-centric ad targeting solutions, while also taking the partner/ advertiser/ internal marketing goals into consideration.
- Partner with Big Data team to ensure seamless data flow between external ad analytics systems and internal data stores.
- Evolve campaign reporting templates and dashboards by collaborating with Analytics and BI teams.
- Design and implement global best practices, workflows and processes while continuously evolving them to meet the demands of the business.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and ad tech partners as well as internal Software & Services teams.
- Identifying new opportunities, and presenting recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.)
- Periodic reporting and analysis of our ad tech & programmatic efforts.
- Participate in regular WIPs and meetings, as necessary, with internal stakeholders and external clients, partners or vendors.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors & clients on billing reconciliation.
