Job Responsibilities

The Key Account Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Razer and its Channel Partners will be responsible for:

  • Managing all business development aspects of Razer’s partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Razer’s sales rules of engagement
  • Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners, including distributor, etailers and retailers.
  • Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
  • Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and/or manager
  • Creating business management tools and processes to streamline partner management
  • Working with marketing to drive programs and events to increase brand exposure
  • Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
  • Demonstrating industry knowledge
  • Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations


  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 8-10 years’ experience in channel sales preferably regionally
  • Knowledge of IT or consumer electronics market preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions
