The Key Account Sales Manager in acting as the liaison between Razer and its Channel Partners will be responsible for:
- Managing all business development aspects of Razers partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Razers sales rules of engagement
- Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners, including distributor, etailers and retailers.
- Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training and support
- Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and/or manager
- Creating business management tools and processes to streamline partner management
- Working with marketing to drive programs and events to increase brand exposure
- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
- Demonstrating industry knowledge
- Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations
