- Driving the Razer business and achieving and meeting revenues and margin targets for the DACH region
- Deep relations with key retail partners across the region and ecopartners
- Manage custom asset development in collaboration with the European Marketing team
- Contribute with market understanding, sales territory, and participate in REU Manager meetings
- Drive integrated account planning, building sales process discipline and pushing excellence in execution to exceed growth targets and hold field sales team accountable for plan quality and completeness
- Coach and advise on sales forecast/launches/strategies for up-sell and co-sell opportunities
- Drive awareness to new products to mix products to meet targets, gain direct customers/partner insight (pricing, competition, channel margin) to generate new business and accelerate the close of existing opportunities
