- Manage day-to-day communications on the social media channels of Razer (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) to grow the engagement and size of these channels exponentially.
- Manage an up-to-date calendar of social content, as well as tracking social media and influencer projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain relationships with online influencers/content creators through active outreach effort.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of team social media (and external social media), campaign performance data and make strategic suggestions for improvement.
- Create engaging, timely and relevant content across multiple social media channels to grow audience and increase engagement.
- Optimize social media marketing campaigns and calls-to-action that drive the community to learn more about the brand and its offerings.
- Help coordinate social media efforts with different marketing teams globally.
