Job Responsibilities

  • Answering customer written tickets and resolve issues
  • Build a strong relationship with your customer
  • Resolve the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
  • Be able to analyze and clearly report for improvements


  • English and Spanish writing skills
  • Finished college and studying at relevant university
  • Passion for learning and eager to solve problems
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with empathy in both positive and negative situations
  • Experience in the fintech industry will be advantageous
